Messed up textures?

Yesterday when I wanted to play DayZ all I got in the game was this (attached screenshot).

It flickers a lot when I look around and only happens when I'm in citys/towns.

Allready reinstalled steam and graphicscard drivers but without succes.

What is this madness?! :P

You could have saved yourself a heap of hassle by simply searching the forum. This topic has been discussed in GREAT length in many posts. This is Artifacting caused by the barbed wire and dead soldier models. A fix is inbound very soon.

I'm sorry, did a fast search and didn't see it :) will be more thorough next time!

PS: For the meantime until there's an update, when I see these artifacts I just change to Window mode, then back to full screen and its gone :)
