Crash to Desktop before looking at bodies (Gear)

I am currently unconscious right now, this is the second time after i have tried to look at some dead guys gear. Whenever i try, i crash to desktop and then come on unconscious because i was recently hit by zombie's. i am in Elecktro next the the Church in UK118. Any thoughts?

Some guy pulled me in the church and gave me an epipen we went to the firestation then everyone in the server died i think this was a hacker but to confirm this might be a glitch has this happened to you?
