So..

I spawned near Kameka, which was pretty far away from the main cities, so I decided to go to deer stands north of Kamenka, to get me some weapons, I was lucky and found a Winchester with some ammo and a hunting knife, so I moved on to a barn which was pretty close to the deer stand and got a box of matches and a hatched, so I wanted to find animals, as soon as I found, killed and had eaten one, I went down to Komarovo since I needed something to drink, and then I suddenly saw one player running strait through the small village getting chased by 4 zombies, I didnt know if I should kill or help him, since I've never killed a player before my desire to do so was VERY huge, but I just couldnt do it since he was unarmed, so I ran down to him, killed the zombies and provided him with some food and bandaged him, after that I gave him my hatchet, together we slowely (really slowly since he was a bit lagging) went to Cherno, but on our way we crossed something like a military outpost....with 4 deer stands near the Balota Airfield, before I could check how many zeds are around here one of them already attacked us, of course, as soon as I shoot him, there was an INVASION of zeds, so we both climbed on the deer stands...

I hoped to find something good there, but there only was a M1014, of course there is ALOT of ammo for it in Chernarus but I never thought I would get one so I didnt pick it up, I shot some zeds from above there and climbed down to look whats inside the military tents, and then..I heard 2 shots, 1 failed and the second one hit me, I went inside the tent and had eaten some food to restore my blood, luckily the zeds were distracted by the gunshots and left me alone, so I fast got out of the tent and looked inside the others and I found morphine bandages and...dead zombies, at that moment I thought "Did my mate find a weapon on the deer stand and shoot me or was that some other guy? Dead zeds could mean that either there is still a player around or he moved on without hiding their bodies, I didnt want to figure it out and ran to the airfield, as soon as I crossed the street someone tried to shoot me again so I kept running, then he hit me and I got a broken leg, I really thought I would die but somehow I managed to crawl into the closest building and inject morphine into my body, to cure my broken leg (realistic!), I was so shocked, I stayed in this building for 15 min before I could get out...

Thats why I freaking love this mod, all of this emotions you get while playing it, you dont have that in other games like cod or bf where you are just shooting people to get points, I dont unserstand why everyone is bitching about bugs and everything else, its just an alpha and it does still better than some AAA-Games.

I know what you mean. I was walking in the middle of nowhere in an open field. (I walk everywhere so I can observe my surroundings best.)

I then spot three heavily geared players who were in the woods ahead of me. They then spot me. I lie in the grass then turn and run for the bushes!

It is something so simple and not even that interesting to read, but in the moment, I could have been the most terrified I ever was in my life. My heart never beat that hard.

So glad this game was made.

So many different raw emotions go into playing this game. Anger, happiness, excitement, sadness, etc. that is what makes it so great in my opinion.
