Can't get on ATV

Hey guys,

I was just doing some vehicle hunting when i found an overturned ATV Quad Bike.

It seems pretty fixed - all wheels are on, and the body looks healthy. The only problem is, is that it is on it's side, and i can't find the mousewheel option to enter the vehicle - i can only look at it's gear.

Anybody know how i can flip it over/find a way to get on it?
