New Suggestion: Lockable Cars (+ Crowbar and Toolbox)

Topic says everything.

Repair a car = it is yours and you have a new lock for it.

Crowbar = Use it to break into a locked car or get the stuff out of the trunk.

Toolbox = After you broke into the locked car you can start the engine with the toolbox

Maybe you can repair a stolen car again to make it yours after you stole it or after you started it its automatically yours but we have to make the dropchances for toolbox and crowbar very rare.
