Annoying bird chirp sounds destroying my ears

I don't know if I'm the only one, but as soon as I put my head phones on the bird chirps completely rape my ear. I can't wear headphones or earbuds for more than 5 minutes before I feel like I want to rip my ears off. Is there anyway to disable those sounds, the pitch at which they play just make it unbearable for me.

I wouldn't mind if it was only a couple bird chirps every few minutes but it's every 5 seconds.

Any fix for this?

How high is your volume setting? Try turning down the effects and music volume to levels which don't rape your ear.

I have the volume/sfx up to about 1/2 way right now to counter act the loudness but it's still destroying my ears, I try to play night time servers to avoid the chirping.
