It's been like that for the past month.

Sorry you feel that way.

EDIT: My point is not that things were rosy a month ago, merely that when I started it was like that as well. Look through the forums and you can see posts about how bandit-centric things were in May. Turns out two major cities with lots of great spawns are really, really dangerous areas. Debate the merits of banditry all you want, but the truth remains that Cherno, Electro, Berezino(to a staggering lower percentage), Stary Sobor and the NWAF are all detrimental to your life expectancy. Roll with it and expect to die a bunch. Sooner you get off the coast, the better. Looters up north will still kill you on sight, but there are usually less of them then the cold-blooded murderers of Cherno and Electro.

You're doing it wrong.

I die so rarely that it's hardly an issue for me.

Oh I expect to lose my gear. My last time alive I survived for 32 days and died because of the artifact glitch and I couldnt see the guy. Im not mad, and will truck on... although I am getting tired of the loading screen xD

I die almost every day, but that's AFTER I get all my gear and go out hunting in hot-spots. I don't understand how people constantly die on the coast.

I play on servers with more than 25 people, not saying you do not. But in the past two days I have always been killed within 10 minutes near the cost, be it running away from it or along it.

Because, for some strange reason, it seems that 90% of players go to Cherno or Elektro when they spawn - EVERY time. Sheep mentality I guess. Then they oddly enough get killed and go to the forums and cry. There is NO reason to go to those cities. They would be much better of traveling inland and raiding the smaller cities.

Today I ran to Balota airfield killed two people there, ran to Cherno killed another and looted his Mountain Dew. :3

Still haven't died despite running through those hot spots.

As long as you have that Mountain Dew, you will die. It's only a matter of time.

I drank it, it went down smooth like a meerkat or the last emu.

BTW what's the button for jump?

Why are you running to Cherno???

East of Cherno spawn: Run North to Zelenogorsk. Basic weapon and food along the way. General store in Zeleno = food, weapon, ammo, survival kit (knife, map, watch, matches, etc). Run to Vybor, general store = more supplies. Run to Airfield, military grade weapons. Run to Stary Sobor, PvP more military toys. Done!

One hour and you are all set.

West of Cherno spawn: Run to Pusta, food and water, maybe hatchet. Run to Mogilevka, supplies, maybe a weapon. Run to Zub, supplies maybe a weapon. Run to Stary Sobor, Military grade weapons. Done! PvP or run to airfield.

One hour and are are all set.

Why would ANYONE run to Cherno or Elektro as a new spawn????

Just stated thats what I used to do, obviously it is nowhere near as "safe" as it was before.
