Error when joinging server

I get this error when joining the server and im not quite sure what to do. Can anyone help?

Cannot open file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\expansion\addons\wheeled_e.pbo'
