Loading Screen Freeze (DIFFERENT PROBLEM THAN OTHERS)

alright this is the problem i've been getting, i get all the way into the game lobby, i sign in as admin, and i press OK to join. it loads past the 'DAYZ' loading screen, and it goes to THIS loading screen, it loads almost instantly to JUST that point, then it sits and waits for eternity. i use Tunngle to play LAN, BUT, i CAN use the internet to join the server. i tried both, and it gives the same problem. i run the #START_GAME.bat, and i use the newest beta patch and dayz patch (1.7.2.4) in case these are required, i use 64 Bit WIN7, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460, and have Quad Core Intel i5-2500 CPU @ 3.30GHz

any assistance can help me.

i have no clue how i fixed this, same specs, no updates, except a reinstall of the latest dayz patch (1.7.2.4), and a downgrade and upgrade again to the newest beta patch. i also ran it through steam, steam running as admin. if you have more questions on how to fix this, maybe i can help you, PM me
