Version 1.62.95389???

I've been trying to get into the server US PA1 to join a friend. Next to the server name is a little red x, and I'm unable to join. The server seems to be running version 1.62.95389, and I am just running 1.62. I'm able to join other servers, but not this one. I've run sixlauncher and commander to update the game, and both say I'm up to date. Is there somewhere I can download the newer version and update manually?
