helicopter despawn/respawn

ok well our camp got raided and the idiot tried flying the heli and crashed it into the water but b4 he did this we saved it and the admin ended up restarting the server a little bit ago and the heli re spawned underwater so we tried getting it and it blew up so after the next restart the heli wasnt their at all so does this mean the heli is now on the map somewhere?

Also, i couldn't find the captioned version of this and my internet at this hotel is to slow to make a memegenerator for it so pretend it says
