Arma2OA has stopped working

I can play DayZ for about 5minutes - 20 minutes then i will get the message 'Arma2OA has stopped working' This also leads to all other programs to crash except TS3 for some reason. I have to restart comp to play again.

Fixes I have tried:

Using Ethernet cable instead of Wireless

Using Battleye.dll downloaded from battleye.com and copying them into each Arma Folder

Running Steam as admin before start

switch fans in computer for cooler CPU airflow

any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated as its quite annoying having to restart comp to play for 15 minutes a time.

CPU sits at around 50~ and my GPU sits at around 43/4~

CPU max temp is 50~ but my GPU hits 58~ is that too hot? should I buy and exhaust fan or a new cooler for the GPU?
