Help: DayZ with mix ofArma's Black Edition and OA from Steam?

Hi.

So i found Arma2: Black Edition in my favorite pc magazine.

I feel like DayZ does _not_ run with this version only, right?

Seems like i need Operation Arrowhead. Can i mix those versions up? Say Arma:BE from DVD and OA from Steam? The Six Launcher can take paths too both of them, so i thought its possible. Steam is the fastest way now to get this addon, that'S why i'm asking.

You can not mix up retail versions of arma with steam versions eather you get both on cd/dvd or both downloaded.

Well, i got it working in this configuration:

Amra2 from CD

Operation Arrowhead from Steam

Updated everything with DayZCommander, gave it the exakt paths and it works very well. So i have to deny your answer.
