Issue with key binding

I just got fraps and the hotkey for recording is f9 because that button is never used in video games. but when i press it in dayz i get

which i can remove by pressing backspace. but this comes up when i press any function button and also all the number buttons 1 to 9. how do i remove it? cos i don't want that popping up every time i'm gonna record.

Unbind F9 to do that in the controls.

There is no F9 binded to anything in the controls, that's why i came here.

so yeah, it's really annoying to have to press backspace every time i start recording, someone help.
