Loot issues

Yesterday I drove my GAZ down to cherno to pick up some medical supplies. Broke the glass, and not a single cardboard box in the hospital. Not even a random bandage on the floor. I check both hospitals, both are clean. I drive over to electro, same deal. I then drive by a supermarket, nothing there again. I also checked a ton barns on the way out and no items in them either.

This has happened to me before on a lesser scale ever since the update. I've also witnessed other issues such as axe spam all over the loot spawns.

Anything else having these issues?
