ATV Repairing Bug or?

So me and a few friends have been busting our asses to repair this atv we found on the side of a road. We have used all the necessary items to rebuild it and it's like bugged... We can't fill it with fuel, nor can we drive it.

I've heard of a glitch that getting in a vehicle and getting out can repair it, but I don't recommend taking advantage of it

Set a satchel charge on it. Post the position on the map.. wait for a curious party. Then.. boom goes the dynamite.

I was on an ATV when it flipped and everything went red and the tires where off and suddenly it's fully fixed :S

Found a repairable ATV today, needed engine parts and a tire tho all tires were present ?

well, fixed it, went for a drive, bumped a tree, now it only goes in circles, red wheels, so i get me another wheel, fix the red one, still goes in circles ?

btw, this ATV had two tires front, two rear and two in the MIDDLE ?? (said repairable, 6 options, 5 green, fixed the 1 red)

maybe it will be fixed after a server restart .... sigh
