A subforum for contacting people?

Kinda like a missed connections forum.

I had a crazy encounter last night with guys that had [sith] tags in their name near the fire station north of elektro.

Anyway, I wanted to give them props for getting me and thought it was a neat encounter and would have loved to chat about it.

Now I see callout threads here and there, but I thought it might have been cool to have a place that people can post or look for other encounters they've had.

I'd prefer a way to direct message someone directly somehow, but that doesn't seem like an option really.

They weren't on the list. I also did a forum search for their clan and didn't find anything relevant.

Unless you're forum name is directly tied to your ingame name that wouldnt work.

I appreciate the suggestion though.

Hm. But then this would have to be on the basis that all 900,000 or so players have a forum account and then have also linked their Arma 2 profile to their name, which would be difficult since I'm pretty sure multiple people can have the same name (don't shoot me if I'm wrong)
