machiofolo@yahoo.com 5 Posted July 31, 2012 As the admin for a DayZ server (US 790, hosted by Gangrene), I would like to report an incident of hacking that occurred last night, just before midnight EST. I have a screen print of the 21 GUIDs from RCon that were logged on the server at the time, and I shutdown the server and made a file copy of the arma2oaserver and server_console log files from the server. Of the GUIDs, I can vouch for several players who were with me in game when the hacking occurred. Each of us were being attacked at close range, at least according to the gun fire sound, yet no one was visible. No matter where we ran (woods, open fields), and what cover we sought, it was like the guy was standing next to us. Two of our group were killed near the NE airport and within 5 minutes myself and another were killed northwest of Cherno, near Bor. The odd part is that my friends at the NE airport were killed instantly, yet my other friend and myself ran around for a good 5 minutes as the gun fire was sporadic and poorly aimed. The hacking also occurred the previously night about the same time, but I didn't have the frame of mind at the time to screen print the GUIDs from RCon. Can I email the files to DayZ staff, and will they shed any light on the probable hacker(s)?P.S. There are two US 790 servers... HFB Servers has yet to correct this. My server is the one listed as hosted by Gangrene. TY.

Rhumar 11 Posted July 31, 2012 (edited) Try this: http://dayzmod.com/f...ite#entry512283You have to search the server logs on your own and find them. No one that I know will do it for me.And as an Admin its better this way. Edited July 31, 2012 by Rhumar
