When everything is green, fix the very last bottom green window 1 more time, or just fix couple more, that stops the leak, my clan tested on couple choppers always worked.

We managed to fix one, every single window was fixed but for some reason the hull stayed orange no matter how many scrap metals you put in (unfixed bug, found reports about it from May) and so it used up all the fuel in seconds. Gutted, to say the least.

Yeah some choppers are bugged, we actualy crashed ours and decided just to satche charge it , so no one can fix it and gtfo with chopper, turns out chopper didnt blew and is now bugged at lumber mill loool, all orange and even if you fix it it leaks like MOFO.

Actualy fonzie your chopper that was all orange , your talking about the one on kalisty island on CZ02 yea i know, i think some ppl tried to destroy it and is now just bugged to hell.

Dont trust the green status indicators top left when piloting. Ours was full green and leaking like a sieve.

Make sure you scroll down with mouse wheel when looking for windows to repair. There arr additional window slots beyond the first 4-5 when you scroll down that may still be red. You also have to check the repair status on both the left and right sides of the heli since not all are acessible from only 1 side.

I fixed my huey, I had to re-fix EVERYTHING until it stopped leaking :). It was a b*tch though.

We found out that after a server restart the Helicopter stops leaking fuel. Seems to be some kind of bug.

For Clarification we did:

Repair the heli completely (material als listed above incl all windows)

Still leaking fuel.

Waited for a server restart (we play on a server which has them every 6 hours for stability)

After restart heli no longer leaks fuel.

Perhaps this helps to debug the bug....
