Low framefrate. Help?

So I purchased DayZ 3 days ago. And I played that night with no problems. I played the next night with no problems. I try to play yesterday, and my framerate is so low, it's unplayable. My ping is between 17-27. I tried restarting my pc, I reinstalled ARMA II, I restarted my modem and router, and I changed my graphics settings several times. Nothing works. I've already searched the forums, nothing helps. My pc doesn't do this with any other games. I can play Battlefield 3 on the highest graphics settings and I don't get one little bit of lag. And don't ask me my pc specs because I have no idea. My brother-in-law set all of this up for me. Thanks in advance
