Super low FPS and 1% gpu usage

I used to get over 60fps while playing DayZ, but recently I only get 6-10fps and the game is only using 1% of my gpu power. I have updated to the most recent patch, could this be the problem?

Please search the fourms before posting, there are many posts related to this, as for your question it's a server issue I believe, try re logging and/or restarting the game...
