Screen has spaz attack when looking at buildings

sometimes when i play when i look at a building the screen gets all messed up. i dont know how to explain it. its like a strobe light of gray and white. any way of fixing this?

It has been a bug for a while, only in the latest build has it started to affect a lot of people, you should avoid playing during the day/night transition and when it is raining. That is when I see it the most.

Have seen huge improvements asking the admin to restart...if they're on...fixed problem for me and 2 others instantly.

You can also play with the zoom and wiggle your view a little...can help get you around the problem area. But it can get so bad you can't see anything around you. I Soldiered on through that the other day...it was rough. Not sure how I made it into the tents outside Berezino.
