How will I know who is trustworthy?

How will I know who is trustworthy if I don't put a 7.62 NATO round through their skull and see if they try to alt-f4/disc. It's the only sure way to tell if someone is trustworthy without putting yourself at risk. Needless to say, I've met several trustworthy people by this method, but I never seem to be able to find them again.

Why do you need to trust anyone? Play with people you already know. It is a dangerous world to meet new people. It only happens in intense situations. Don't try to force it. That is when people get nervous and start shooting.

Save ammo. Be evasive. Warn them you will shoot before you do if anything. They might run off.

I ask them if they're friendly. If they don't respond i shoot. If they do repond and say "no" I shoot. If they respond and say "yes" then I get suspicious and shoot. Does that answer your question?

That's the question that makes DayZ so unique. Yes you have Zeds but it's all the intense situation of runnin into someone and thinkin about how you will react.
