What would happen if you were to forget to save a car? how long would it respawn itself?

7 days if never touched

the loot inside would reset to the last time it was saved if a server reset happened though

Whats the point of saving a car then? if its touched then it wont spawn anyway?

Sometimes it takes more than one server restart for vehicles to come back. Make sure you record the location and check back after another restart.
