Spawning Next to survivors

So I logged out in the weapons tent in Cherno, Near the medical tent. I then log back in in a different server with only 4 people including me and a guy is pointing a gun at me speaking in a different language (Or maybe he mumbled). My back was too him then I turned around and got spooked and unloaded 3 DMR bullets out of shear Adrenaline and fright. He keels over with and AK and I loot his body to find a bunch of useful medical equipment, including beans and soda which I used. I Found myself a Glock 17 and left the server.

The point is that, will there ever be some sort of protect or a check that prevent you from spawning next to someone? That guy must be so pissed right now knowing that someone just spawned in front of him and shot him after hesitating for 2 seconds. It could of been the other way.

Funny story, two days ago me and two friends were in the forest on our way to Stary, we stopped randomly so we could check out packs and fry some meat etc. My two buddies were talking to eachother via skype, and as I turned around I realized there was another guy standing in the middle of us three in a ghillie suit with a huge sniper.. long story short he got shot. But the body dissappeared into the ground; I heard something like when you respawn after tha happens your body is infront of you

I'm extra glad we shot him now knowing he could of had your reaction , hah
