Looking for a casual bandit clan

Hey, I'm looking for a casual bandit clan. My current gear is an M4 CCO SD, Coyote Backpack, NVGs, full toolbelt, and a silenced M9.

My age is 16. I don't act like an immature 16 year old does, though. My voice is not annoying as shit. My longest survived is around 15-20 days. I also want a clan that has at least 20 members.

Optional: Have some vehicles, and a camp.

Optional: Have your own server.

I can supply weapons to the clan if needed.

I'm interested in joining some sort of clan, tired of playing on my own. I'm quite new to the game, started playing about a week ago but I know how to survive. I've found AK47's, M16A2's, Makarov, tons of Hatchets, Crossbow, Revolver, M9 (I think), Double Barreled shotguns, Winchester 1866, sniper rifle (didn't have ammo for it then I got killed).
