At 830-10 pm (CST) a player named "Boogaloo" picked me up in a helicopter and we went to check out a crashed helicopter. When we landed he was bleeding from a sniper and when he died i picked up his gear and helicopter. The helicopter crashed but i survived, later around 9pm (CST) my friend who was playing next to me got picked up by "Boogaloo" again and he had another gillie suit, as50, and helicopter.

I second that. He kept crashing helicopters, 3 by my count, one by komarobo, other right next to hospital in cherno.

As much as I would like to be able to just ban him. I need FRAPS proof of him doing it and to catch his name. Death Log through FRAPS would be your best bet. As anyone can say "I am this person." but really be lying to you so they avoid being banned.

If he had any items also that might be questionable, which what you listed seemed legit, it will be harder to track him down.
