Toolboxes are scarce. Axes aren't really scarce unless you go to a 50+ man server and you realize axes are as good as AK47s.

There is a grocery store where you can find food, backpacks, weapons, etc.

There are factories where you find car parts

please add a hardware store.

Toolboxes, barb wire, axes, crowbars, empty jerry cans, etc

I even saw some ideas about keys for a car. I know ace hardware does key making there so that can be a designated place to get a key duplicated for a car. (search this idea)

In a zombie apocalypse the top 3 places I am going are a grocery store, gun store, and a hardware store.
