cant connect to any server

i just reformatted my comp so im reinstalling everything. dayz was working perfect beforehand.

I've got arma 2 beta updated, dayz updated.. but i can't connect to a server, gives me some "you can not modify blah blah" error and throws me back into the server list. What am i missing?

Please tell what the message says....I cant guess....how are you launching the game? What versions?

I just rechecked it, It says "you can not play/edit this mission, it is dependent on downloadable content that has been deleted.chernarus"

I just installed:

ARMA2_OA_Build_95417.zip

dayz 1.7.2.4

i have the games on steam but Im launching the game through the beta thumbnail

I already have an addons folder in OA with the files

EDIT: you mean the dayz files right?
