Need blood... any advice appreciated.

So iv been playing for about 3 days and have learned theres very few people to trust. My problem now is I have weapons I like and after a risky attempt to get into a hospital I secured a blood pack but discovered I cant use it on myself, so im curious whats the standard operating proceedure when this happens, cant exactly hold someone hostage until they heal me... well I could but I prefer not to. I understand its better to operate in groups but after how many times iv seen lone bandits there must be some other solution, any advice?

Numbd I'll roll with you. I'm looking for survivors and also am in need of blood as well. Been killed twice since ive played this by bandits when I wasnt even firing at them. So yeah. add [Repo]Snake122591 to Steam and we'll go on a looting raid :)
