Had to deal with a very disgruntled ex-clan member, and in the process banned someone unintentionally. How do I go about getting them unbanned from my server?

New admin, so a very child-like walkthrough would be appreciated.

Remove them from the bans.txt/ban.txt

or search for their guid and ip and remove them from the ban.txt
