Couldnt move when shot

Date/Time: 10 minutes ago.

What happened: I heard a survivor shooting so i went to see if he needed help as i approached he started shooting at me, so i darted behind some shrubs and he hit me i had 11800 blood and he hit me i dropped to 5000 something, soon as i got hit i couldnt move, couldnt shoot nothing. He crawled over to me and shot like 5 more shots into me, my health was -40,000.

Where you were: Not sure, maybe south of electrovask, i didnt have a map.
