New rare drop or hacked?

So I've been having bad luck with people Alt + F4ing when I shoot them at the airfield so I decided to head down to Vybor, once I got there I found this:

Are these legit or is it hacked? It just seems a coincidence that it was by a crashed helicopter

Note: The M107 and LMG's took up backpack space so I'm thinking its hacked

Im pretty sure thats hacked. I know you can get normal M4 Holo's but not silenced ones.

On a similar vein, anyone know if the Mk12 SPR is hacked or new rare drop? They seem to be popping up everywhere.

I was looting a crashed heli with a medical box and found that there It had more guns but I didn't take screen shots, there was a MK12 SPR there aswell ( 5 of them ) a M40A3, MK48 Mod 0 and I can't remember the others

hacked, you could probably take dmrs or something in the game im not sure if they ban for you looting that maybe ive looted m9sds from hackers after killing both of them i hid the bodies with the hacked guns i wouldnt touch something not in the game

do people get banned for taking guns that are in the game if they were hacked in by someone?

If its a legit gun, but was acquired by illigit means, its fine if you found/looted it.

You will not get banned for takeing hacked guns, only the hacker will be banned! rocket have said this

ahh man. i just went through a big firefight with 3 guys and one of the had this in their backpack. they didnt look like the hacker types.

so is the word final? the M4A1 HWS M203 SD is hacked?
