Not being able to Raid a tent?

I found a tent and decided to raid it. I took a few things, and then I logged off, and ate some lunch. I did save the tent after I left. When I came back on I saw that one of my two normal servers was back and it now updated. When I joined that one, nothing I took from the guys tent was in my inventory.

What am I doing wrong?

could be several things, ive heard some servers do not properly save, and ive heard you need to wait 10-20 mins b4 logging so the central server saves your progress.

i'm not an expert,so i might be blowing smoke up your dress, but thats what ive heard.

Well I'll log back into that server, and go raid the tent again and wait a few minutes this time.
