Heli Crash Site in Middle of Elektro

Hey guys. So I was playing yesterday afternoon when I saw something very odd. I was on top of a building in Elektro (may or may not have been sniping >;D) I saw a massive chimney of smoke, and when I looked over the edge of the building, there was a helicopter crash site on the second floor of the office. After a long time scoping it out I went down. I got shot once inside, some guy in a ghillie suit dragged me through sniper fire and bandaged me up. That guy is a legend, and I if I ever meet him again I won't kill him. So after all this amazing crap happened, it was still there and once I regined consciousness I looted the aftermath of a firefight, and adding on to the loot I got from a previous heli crash (don't worry, that one was in the middle of nowhere) I now have a lot of of good stuff and a couple of L85A2's, I am happy. My question is, was it hacked or is it possible it was a player made crashed? I just assumed at the time it was player made and was going to loot it happily... but I think now I should have checked first... Oh and due to my computer screwing up which I am very pissed about, my screen cap only recorded audio... so I have no pictures or videos of it :''''''(
