"Receiving..." Bug

Version: 1.5.8.4

I had just spawned somewhere around Cherno I think and was running to a tree line when my screen went black and I got this message "Receiving..." I was able to see chat and talk to people but my escape key wouldn't bring up my menu to abort and ALT F4 wasn't working, also the screen kept flickering every few seconds. By that I mean it would go completely black, no message, no chat, nothing, and come back. The only solution was to open Task Manager and close the process manually.

Just searched for this and found it. I'm having the same issue since the newest update. The only way I can somewhat consistently play is by having it in XP compatibility mode and pray that I'm not around other people.
