Some people obviously have massive problems with their reading comprehension. Read the OP again.

It's not about using wire to lock buildings. It's about using wire in a way that makes it impossible to vault over or remove due the placing of the wire and a clear exploit.

How does one deploy a wire kit I have a tool box and coulnt make it show options at all with roller mouse or anything
