The main things I can say matter are1) post processing - disabled (to eliminate the fog)2) Object Detail - Very High (Trees and buildings render properly at a distance)3) Antialiasing - At least at low (It's very video card intensive, but when you disable it completely everything becomes VERY grainy)4) Set 3D resolution to the same as your pc's resolution. It should have a 100% next to it. (This makes your screen clear, and believe it or not, less laggy)5) Vsync - Enabled ALWAYS (Or you become very laggy to other players, and they're laggy to you visually)6) Visibility - 4000Other than those, everything at low/verylow/disabled.
