Connection Failed (Only my server)

Hello,

When I or anyone attempt to connect to my server we get a connection failed pop up. The server is not hosted locally and currently Firewall is off. Anti-Virus is off as well.

I have other game server and voice servers that have no issues with connection.

In the . RPT I do see alot of the below

I am starting to think that maybe my server IP is not whitelisted. I post due to the wait time for tickets and maybe someone here might know the reason I am having so much trouble.
