Can I fill empty cans with water?

Hi all. . . noob here. Sorry if this has already been answered: Is it possible to fill an empty soda can or empty tin can with water and if so - how do I do it? many thanks. :rolleyes:

sorry to say but you cannot, you need to find a water bottle for that.. lame I know but it's the way dayz is.

The tin can does not have a lid or any way of sealing it, so you could not store water in there.

It would be nice if you could have an option to drink from a water source, without using a canteen, but it is not game breaking and there are more important things.
