Totally buged - Need reset

Hello,

Here, I would like my character is reset. In fact my character is completely buged since yesterday morning. My inventory is reset every time I connect. So I can not take any item as everything is brought to disappear.

I can not play well. Could you reset my account so I can play again?

I do not know why this bug, but it's appear when I put my "ghillie suit" and I had a connection problem (NIC). Since then, my inventory is blocked, even after several characters, servers, and death.

To the OP, sorry to hear about that. Dev team should be able to reset you but you will probably lose any gear you had. Can you think of any other factors that might have contributed to your situation?

Yes I am aware that I will lose everything, but I've nothing so no problem.

As for the bug, I do not see what could be the other factors.

If I would have to compile a little list I would say:

- A line of code in the database blocked due to crash

- A bug that caused the Ghillie and combined with NIC crash

- A problem in one of my local files (almost impossible, I deleted everything and reinstalled)

- Information sent to badly "the Hive" during the crash

If the STAFF does not pass through here, I can contact them by what means so they can proceed to reset my account?

I have send ticket, and now a post on the forum ... i'm waiting for a response ! And nothing.
