How do you restart a server to a fresh start?

We have been testing the server and on of the admin's placed his tent near a door and now people are unable to get in.

I there a way to reset the server to start again as if it was new?

Sorry one more thing how to change battle ping setting?

Shoot the tent or chop it with a hachet. Simple.

Or make a new server.

Yes if it's not there you need to create one.

Ok so I have made the CFG it works now I have the max ping set, but still have all the crap in a city from when we were testing, anyone know how to get read of all player placed items?
