Servers suggestion: Increase ping cap to 200 or 220 if possible

This might sound like crying, but it is really becoming a chore to find playable servers. We currently have no open servers in Brazil, instead having to rely on offshore servers to play. ArmA2 netcode might not be the best thing since sliced bread, but it is very playable with a latency of 200~.

I know some members of my country might act like assholes in every game ever, but we also have friendly and mature players with us.

Please take this in consideration, thank you.

Feel free to come by US 104, if the ping restriction is too low for you guys, let me know and we will adjust it.
