[Hacker] Spawning in Silenced Makarov PM

I was playing on GB#00 and climbed to the top of the hospital in cherno and watched a player spawn himself in a Makarov PM SD (Silenced Makarov Pm's are not in the DayZ Weopon code.) It also had 5 clips of ammo. And I have it on video. Then he said he was doing some administering. If this was an admin spawning himself in Weopons that are not supposed to be in the game on server GB#00 can't he get in big trouble?

it's a glitch sometimes . . if you put a tool item in a backpack and drop it once and a while it'll stay registered but not be in the pack. . it's how you get -1. may not be the case here but not the case for others.
