Trouble Hearing People

Recommended Posts

I'm running Turtle Beach X12's, but I can't really hear people. On a rating of 1-10 sound-wise their voice is at maybe 2 max. I have "chat" button all the way up, and a green and pink wire connected to my computer. My turtle beaches are set up with the computer and can recognise speech recognition etc. Also "audio" everything was at max in-game.

What more can I do?

I use the same headset and everything is fine for me.

Try turning down other volume settings in-game, increasing your volume and put the VOIP volume to full. Also, remember that the closer you get to people the louder they will be; so from far away they will be quiet.

This info is much appreciated. Thanks!
