SE52 banned for no reason

already made a post about admin abuse, but this is for the ban for me and laddar, we did nothing to deserve this ban the car the UAZ we rode was a fresh spawn and we repaired it with parts from factory so i doubt it was hacked.

What happened:Me and my friends laddar just finnished repairing a UAZ and were transporting it back to base camp when we stumbled upon a heli crash site , i had no items on at the time since i only carried supplies to repair the vehicle , the moment i jumped out of the back seat i died a sniper got me , laddar took of with the car to safety and was chased by the sniper , then the server was restarted without notice. After the server restart i giggled and was hoping for a rollback so i didnt die but i did , then after i made a new char about 2-5minutes into it laddar was still beeing chased when and then a message popsup Airunit seven Killed 10seconds later a new restart , this continued for a long time and then the server was took offline for a while (1h 20min or so) after this we rejoined the server only to receive a ban.

I believe the admin was trying to force rollback to recover his items or ban people from the server to make sure they could get all items back. Ceron another friend of ours managed to get into lobby with a kick but talked with MineMe to remove the bans but then the server was taken offline and has not been up since this was 02:00AM

The server went up about 1,5h ago and laddar was unbanned but he received a new ban today and all he wanted to do is move our base away from this server

I guess the admin needs to show the logs to prove the racism or lift the ban.

Well i hope he lifts our ban so we can go and get our base and move to a more reliable server , i was the only person talking in chat after restart and only thing i said was *airunit seven dead .. .2sec later "maintenance" hmm .."

and laddar and ceron did not talk anything :-/ but i doubt that is a offense to say it is suspicious to restart a server after a admin gets killed

looks like a few russians got the same problem as we do

laddar ban got lifted twice and banned again twice , the servers recently restarted and each time after restart the ban was gone for him not for me and each time he got banned again

sorry for blurring his coords :-) i just feel safer not showing his location i have the original if required

To "me" this still looks like Battle Eye Banned you, which their support is here. http://battleye.com/support.html

So unless I am wrong somehow, but I have never heard of anyone getting those banned messages that you showed in this thread and the other that wasnt battleeye related. You might be able to get on other servers, yes, but that doesnt mean those are connected to the central hive which are BE protected.

I don't know, you may be right, but those look like local bans to me.

Battleye would be a 4 digit code when you get a global.

Local bans still show Battleye, however they show whatever reason the admins type in the box or select from the dropdown list, i.e. racism

well the server went up again a while ago and laddar my friend got online ok but i am still banned he put a message in the lobby to unban me but then the server was taken offline again
