Hey I got a question about the reflex sight on the AKS-74 Kobra, where on the sight is the "mid point" or "where it hits" is it the dot or?

NO, it does NOT hit at the dot. Depends on the range. Up to 200m it hits in the space between the dot and the triangle. 150 meters would be the height of a standing man, equaling the height of the entire sight, the dot and triangle. At 300m bullet drops, and you have to aim with the top of the triangle. 300m is the height of a standing man, where his feet match the bottom of the triangle, and his head would fit right under the triangle.
