sealteamaus 16 Posted July 30, 2012 I see so much complaining, people who give their input but they don't even understand what it's about or what it's trying to do god it's annoying.I think it's amazing, I think it's long overdue, I think it's the future and I'm happy to wait forever.I don't even dare to play it because I'll get addicted to it!
ollo (DayZ) 5 Posted July 30, 2012 You're not the only one buddy. It can only get better imo when the worst bugs have been addressed (altf4, very glitchy zeds etc). Looking forward to play this game for a long time.
H1t0w3r 19 Posted July 30, 2012 Fantastic game, I love it! And it's only in Alpha...
butter_milch 66 Posted July 30, 2012 I'm very content with how it is and can only see a bright future. Rocket is the type of hardliner this game needs and we're lucky this is his project :)

lonewolfe (DayZ) 3 Posted July 30, 2012 I agree, too. People have such high standards and fail to realise it's still in Alpha. Sure, there are annoying bugs, but they will be taken care of and this game will only get better. :)

Azrail (DayZ) 211 Posted July 30, 2012 (edited) the problem ist, those who are comfy with the game as is, will less likely come to the forums and voice upthose who don't understand the whole concept of this game, or alpha testing in generel, will come to the forum and complain their heart out.the few who really get what rocket is trying to achieve, are outnumbered beyond any hope. but i won't give up that easily. Seems to me there are plenty of people that appreciate the game, and plenty more itching for rockets cock to tickle their tonsils.
Syra 7 Posted July 30, 2012 Am I the only one who"gets" DayZ and is happy with what it is?I see so much complaining, people who give their input but they don't even understand what it's about or what it's trying to do god it's annoying.I think it's amazing, I think it's long overdue, I think it's the future and I'm happy to wait forever.I don't even dare to play it because I'll get addicted to it!/facepalm
MrBrown (DayZ) 26 Posted July 30, 2012 (edited) I see so much complaining, people who give their input but they don't even understand what it's about or what it's trying to do god it's annoying. That's vastly oversimplified. For example, there are a lot of valid complaints by DayZ veterans who liked it better when there were Bandit skins. AFAIK Rocket didn't remove them because he thought that humanity/morale was a bad idea to begin with, but because he still has no idea how to implement it properly in ArmA II. This kind of complaining (often accompanied by ideas or suggestions to solve the problem) is absolutely valid and has nothing to do with "not understanding what it's about".
