How long before tents get fixed?

Is the dev team working on this issue right now, when servers restart the stuff gets wiped.

Not really. Could be next patch, could be fifty patches from now. Kind of depends on the severity, importance, and ease of this being fixed.

Well im renting a server atm, I stored a tent in the server. I know theres a problem so I decided to only leave a bandage and some meat in there last night. I reset the server manually this morning and all the stuff inside it was gone.

They have never worked for me. I got the game the day the patch removed starting weapons..

I'm starting to get the feeling its one of those bugs that will never get fixed.

When you put a tent down, wait for a server restart, then you can start storing gear in it and they will not dissappear.

Also make sure to save your tent when you drop something in it as a rule or the item will dissappear

Tents on our server work just fine, new tents and old tents alike. I put a new one down, put a can of beans inside, saved, and restarted the server. Came back up with a can inside.
