How do I reset my graphics?

I was messing with my graphics settings and when I changed the resolution on the game it all went black. I gave it time to solve but nothing happened so I closed out of the game. Now it wont open and I don't know what to do.

Is there a file I can edit/delete to restore it to default settings and go from there?

Well you could try the config file in documents/ArmA 2/ArmA2OA.cfg, the Resolution_w= and Resolution_h= settings, 5th and 6th lines down. Make sure the Render_W= Render_H= further down are the same too. Hope that helps!
